Returns and exchange of merchandise are allowed only for goods containing defects attributable to manufacturing or craftsmanship, subject to the following terms.

You must contact us within 5 calendar days after your receipt of the defective goods to request authorization for return and exchange. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without our advance authorization and our issuance to you of a Return Merchandise Authorization Number.

Used merchandise will not be authorized for return or exchange under any circumstances. All returned merchandise is inspected -- if any use is detected, the return or exchange will be rejected and you will be liable for the full price of the merchandise.

Items authorized for return or exchange must be shipped to us within 10 calendar days after the date you are notified of the Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Merchandise must be returned in the original product packaging, which further must be packed in a separate shipping box or container (do not merely tape and ship the original packaging -- such deliveries will be refused). The applicable Return Merchandise Authorization Number we provide must be written on the outside of each carton containing the returned product, or the delivery will be refused.

Most orders are shipped 7 to 14 business days after the date of your order; however, the timing of shipments is subject to manufacturing/inventory availability and delivery carrier practices. Allow additional shipping time during major holiday seasons. Shipping options are displayed at check-out.
In the event that any item you order is "temporarily out of stock" or no longer available, you will be promptly notified and informed of an approximate ship date if the item is expected to be available at a later date.
All shipments are additionally subject to the policies, terms and conditions of the third-party delivery carrier.
